Living in England - London weekends

Adam has started his job at Gatwick airport and is not only loving the new industry, but thriving. Only a few weeks in and his MOR is so impressed she is praising him in emails.

Living apart is difficult, especially after becoming used to living in each others pockets for the last year. However this and our new found employment has made us appreciate our weekends a lot more. We alternate weekends between Colchester and London and have started a tradition of meeting in central  London every Friday night to see the sights and events.

Highlights so far:
- Press photographers competition - Photos from the press http://www.theppy.com/
- London street photography festival - Particular regard to photos from the streets of London in the 1900's http://londonstreetphotographyfestival.org/
- Tracey Emin Gallery - An objective account of her romantic life through pop art http://www.loveiswhatyouwant.com/
- Colchester zoo - Gorgeous sun bears, aardvarks and Lima's
- Numerous Southbank food festivals - Cider, roast pork and fresh cakes http://www.realfoodfestival.co.uk/markets/real-food-market-at-southbank-centre

- And of course, our favourite pub/meeting place

Coming up:
